Arrival in time settle in to your comfortable quarters

'Spinal Decompression' class (6pm)

Dinner 

*People making their own way to Hotel Tresanton should aim to arrive by 4pm



Day 2



Pre-breakfast walk around the St Mawes waterfront

Breakfast 

Sarah Talks (9am)

Morning Coffee

A walk from St Just in Roselands Church back to Tresanton (2 hours)

Lunch

Free time, or afternoon nap.

Elective treatment consultations with Sarah

Sarah Talks (5pm)

Exercise class for ‘Keeping the Joints Young’ (6pm)

Day 3



Pre-breakfast walk

Morning Coffee

A car trip and walk to St Anthony's Lighthouse, or

A car trip to Portscatho and a hike along the cliff

Lunch al fresco on the rocks with picnic packed by Tresanton restaurant (weather permitting)

Free time, or afternoon nap.
