The program for the Good Health Getaways at Fernleigh is a good combination of structured discussion sessions, formal exercise classes and outdoor activity.  


day 1 Friday


Arrival in time for a delicious afternoon tea and some informal words about health from Sarah 

Settle in to your comfortable room and then change into exercise gear

Sarah’s signature Spinal Decompression class to unwind after the trip

Dinner cooked by Sarah’s private chef Kim Taylor 

*People making their own way there should aim to arrive at 4pm


day 2 


Pre-breakfast walk through Reserve wilderness paddock 

Breakfast in the veranda.

Sarah’s Talks 

A 4WD drive to Murphy's Plateau with splendid views north to Hunter Springs and the Mount Royal Range 

Picnic lunch al fresco with a choice of walking back.

Free time, reading on the veranda or afternoon nap.

Elective treatment consultations with Sarah.

Exercise class for ‘Keeping the Joints Young’.

Dinner


Day 3 


Pre-breakfast walk

Breakfast on the veranda

Into the 4WDs The Tops and Stone Hut with and Bath House 

Exercise class on the grass at The Tops

Lunch on the All Day Deck of The Hut
 
A walk part way down to Sarah’s Gate with panoramic views westward to the Liverpool Plains.
 
Or, farm visit to the state of the art Fernleigh wool shed 

Free time, reading on the veranda or afternoon nap

Elective treatment consultations with Sarah

Talk and discussion with Sarah

Dinner


Day 4 Monday


DEPARTURE FROM FERNLEIGH PROMPT at 11am for the train

Pre-breakfast walk

There’s just time for ‘one last exercise class’

Brunch before departure
